SC Organization of Nurse Leaders (SCONL)

South Carolina Organization of Nurse Leaders is the nursing leadership organization that provides nurses with innovative leadership to improve the health care in South Carolina through fostering the development of its members through educational and networking opportunities.

Membership is open to all registered nurses in South Carolina who are in management positions in health care institutions/hospitals, who hold organization roles in administration/management or who are accountable for strategic, operational and/or management outcomes in sites where health care is delivered. Or those who hold positions within the hospital with specialized administrative responsibilities for nursing, but who do not have responsibility for clinical areas, who are directly accountable to the highest level management position in nursing in a health care institution. Nurses who hold positions in collegiate nursing programs are also eligible for membership.

SCONL was formerly known as South Carolina Organization of Nurse Executives (SCONE).
