Upload Your Documentation to Receive Platinum Recognition

To receive platinum recognition in any of the nine dimensions of employee wellbeing through the Strategy for Wellbeing web platform, we ask that you upload documentation to support your assessment answers. We will no longer hold confirmation calls; instead, uploading supporting documentation to the web platform to help us verify your assessment answers. As you answer assessment questions, you will be prompted to upload the supporting documents for the corresponding questions. If you have already completed your assessment and need to submit documentation, follow these steps:

  1. Log on to www.strategyforwellbeing.com
  2. Select the “Scorecard” tab on the menu on the left
  3. Scroll down to the blue button “View/Edit Uploaded Policies” 
  4. After selecting this button, a list of the assessment questions requiring verification will appear. You will be asked to upload supporting documentation such as policies, pictures, strategic plans, etc., for each standard. 

After you upload the required documents, we will reach out to complete the confirmation process and provide details on next steps for awarding your platinum recognition in the corresponding dimension. After you achieve and confirm Platinum in each of the nine dimensions, you will be eligible to receive overall Working Well Platinum recognition which includes an onsite award presentation to your organizational leadership.
