Working Well Webinar: Personal Resilience Strategies to Prevent Burnout | July 24 | 2:30 – 3:30 p.m.
Wellbeing, healthcare and HR professionals have something in common. They are all susceptible to burnout because they are in the business of helping others. Caring is the number one risk factor for burnout. The more you care, the more likely you are to one day experience burnout – a state of tiredness, loss of interest and frustration which is usually the result of prolonged stress.
Join Working Well and WorkHealthy Hospitals for our next quarterly webinar as we explore this issue. Our guest speaker Teresa Stephens is an Associate Professor at the Medical University of South Carolina. She is the author of Stephens’ Model of Resilience and the founder of RN P.R.E.P. (Personal Resilience Enhancement Plan). Her resilience work includes the narratives of Holocaust survivors and combat veterans. Our goal is to help you develop self-care and resiliency skills to enhance your job satisfaction, professional fulfillment, and work performance over the long haul.
