Setting Your 2018 Zero Harm Goals

SCHA Wants to Help South Carolina Hospitals on Their High Reliability Journeys

We know that South Carolina hospitals are always striving to improve their quality of care, from eliminating hospital-acquired harm to decreasing their door-to-balloon times for heart attack patients. That’s one of the reasons why SCHA created our Certified Zero Harm Awards four years ago—to celebrate these achievements and foster the development of cultures of safety across healthcare systems in our state.

With the New Year upon us, most SC hospitals are busy setting their Zero Harm goals for 2018, and we want to help! Whether you’re working on removing central line-associated infections, developing patient and family advisory councils or seeking to improve any area of preventable harm that impacts the quality of care, SCHA is here to help. We’ll be sharing strategies, tactics and best practices throughout the year to support your Zero Harm journey.
