Pink Glove Dance Competition in Full Swing
The 2012 national Pink Glove Dance competition is in full swing and several South Carolina hospitals and medical centers have gotten in the groove for cancer awareness month.
This year's South Carolina hospital participants include Chesterfield General Hospital, Colleton Medical Center, Lexington Medical Center, Medical University of South Carolina and Trident Medical Center.
Each of the participants made an original video and posted it on YouTube. Voters choose their favorite, and the winners receive cash for the charity of their choice.
Last year, Lexington Medical Center won the competition and donated the winnings to the Vera Bradley Foundation.
Log on and cast your vote for the video you like best. Voting closes at midnight on November 2nd. There are three prizes, 1st place with $10,000, 2nd place is $5,000 and 3rd place getting $2,000. The three winners will be announced soon after November 2nd.
You can go here to find the full videos by searching under the hospital or medical center's name.
