Move from Wellness to Wellbeing at Working Well’s Annual Fall Meeting

The event will take place on Wednesday, October 28 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. at SCHA’s William L. Yates Conference Center.

Join us for Working Well’s 5th Annual Fall Meeting focusing on the theme “From Wellness to Wellbeing.” This training opportunity is designed for professionals working in employee wellness, human resources, occupational health, and public health, and will feature sessions led by local industry experts on evidence based strategies for optimizing the health of employees. The training will take place on Wednesday, October 28 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. at SCHA’s William L. Yates Conference Center. Innovative session topics to expand traditional wellness to comprehensive wellbeing will include:

•Addressing Mental and Emotional Wellbeing in the Workplace
•Finding Mental Health through Wellness Programs
•Factors of Influence on Health Behavior
•Financial Wellbeing
•Value Investing in Wellbeing

The meeting will also include a heart healthy breakfast and lunch, as well as a scheduled “mindful” break and comical break to tie into the training’s theme. Registration is FREE to Working Well members and $25 for non-members.
