Nothing Could Be Finer Than to Work in South Carolina (NCBF) is a joint recruitment effort between SCHA and South Carolina hospitals. This program provides a cost effective option in recruiting by allowing participating hospitals to be represented by SCHA at job fairs around the country at a fraction of the cost to individually exhibit at each of these fairs. The hospital recruiters are given all leads from each recruitment fair in order to proceed with their individual recruitment program.

Also, the SCHA managed website, SCHealthJobs.net, offers the job seeker an opportunity to browse the site and post their resume. Whether they choose to do this confidentially and send it to a specific employer or post it in a general area for many employers to view, SCHealthJobs.net can be the currier for each party. This Web site is a unique, easy-to-use tool designed exclusively for members and affiliates of the South Carolina Hospital Association. Member hospitals have an opportunity to post jobs individually or in bulk while also displaying a company profile and hotlink to their own Web site or have a member of the SCHA staff do this for the facility. The more information included, the faster job seekers will be able to narrow their search to find your organization's job opportunities.
