SCHHRA, SCONL, SCHA to Co-Sponsor Union Awareness Program
SCHHRA, SCONL, and SCHA will be co-sponsoring a union awareness and labor relations update on May 24 at SCHA’s William L. Yates Conference Center. “EFCA Might Be Dead…but Union Activity is Not” will include faculty from three law firms, Fisher & Phillips, Jackson Lewis, and Ogleetree Deakins. The morning portion of the program will focus on updates as to what’s happening both at the federal level and in our state and why hospitals, in particular, should pay attention. The afternoon program will involve some highly interactive training on union avoidance strategies.
