2011 South Carolina Hospital Preparedness Program Summit

SCHA and DHEC are hosting the South Carolina Hospital Preparedness Program (SC HPP) Summit, “Collaboration, Community, and Continuity,” on July 26, 2011 at SCHA in the William L. Yates Conference Center. The purpose of this summit is to advance communication and collaboration preparedness among hospitals, partners and the community to achieve the following SC HPP 2011 program goals:

• Offer resources to support activities related to the 2011 SC HPP Grant.
• Be responsive to lessons learned and flexible in meeting community needs.
• Increased emphasis on broader, community-wide, healthcare preparedness approaches.
• Improve fatality management collaboration among regions.
